Just Unicorn is a brand for people who’ve decided to stop waiting for permission to be themselves — built by one person, from nothing, into music, merch, and a place to find something positive.
Our story
Built by hand, not by plan.
Just Unicorn started with founder Tim Tallent, in a stretch of life that wasn’t easy — working long shifts, back at his mom’s house, getting sober and rebuilding from the ground up.
In that process, he noticed something: people need a positive place to land. Somewhere built for uplift, not more noise. So he used what he had — a self-taught background in web and network administration — and built one, himself, from nothing.
That website grew into a trademark, then into merch, then into music. Just Unicorn was never a business plan. It was one person deciding to build something real instead of just getting through the day — and it’s kept growing ever since.
