What does that mean
All you need in this world is:
- Food – The body need fuel to have the energy to function properly
- Water – The magic liquid that your body is make of mostly
- Movement – An inactive body will not survive
- Brain – This is need for the communicate with your body
Food
we choose what we want to eat. Put in good food, a person will be full of energy and positivity. Put in Junk food your energy level drop and can lead to negativity. Be mindful of what you put in your body. A human gets one body for life. What do you think are some good foods and bad food.
Water
Everyone know that most of your body is made up of Water (H20). A human in all reality should only drink water. This led to a better body and less toxic. Water help filter the body of any impurities. 8 glasses of water or more is the mark. Say No to soda and energy drink you don’t need them it does the opposite. Stay hydrated.
Movement
Stop being lazy. The body need action. Movement like exercise, walking, running, and physical activity. The more movement the better the body feel and mental is good for you. sitting around worrying or being lazy led to negative thinking. More human think better in action, ran that sitting about stewing about it. Get up and go, go. Your body will Thank you.
Brain
The most important thing that we own. yes, Own, so use it. Forever we human are learning everyday no matter what. What you put into your brain matter. Read, Write, Action, Emotion. My head hurt drink more water and eat good food and be motived to do something. You use your brain every nano second of your life. Feed it Water it and Exercise it.
At the end of the day do what makes you happy.
